The careless whisper

Attempting poetry after 11 years, sadistic or sarcastic, it's all your perception. I hope you enjoy it though, tell me what you think in the comments!

Here is life again, to bring you new pain. Sometimes you are driven insane.

They ask you not to give up or give in. However, we are not talking about needles and pins.

Charlie cried in the rain, so that no one could see his tears or his pain.

Bleed as you breathe. Stand as you cuddle this mess of the time on the planet.

It's little time and a few memories that you make, while you are broken to every bone and the sake.

Forgiving has the giving but you give and give away; while the takers do their bit taking every day and way.

You let go easy, because you know you will get in return. Hope and the ever shining spirit with little or no fear.

You sleep but with eyes wide open; while your mind wanders to a land filled with thoughts of regret and gratitude.

This too shall pass, you should think so but I assure it will return.

Every part relived, every memory that burns.

Hold on tight, you have miles to go. Some make it fast and some are slow.

Now that you have understood the game; rules are changed for you time and again.

Lock it and throw away the key; for finders are keepers and losers keepers.

Can you hear me calling, calling out your name?

You are deaf, and maybe apathetic because I said enough.

I have nothing more to say; it's just another day.

I leave you with my careless whisper and the sound of silence to stay...
